Thomaston Savings Bank makes compliance easier

Since 1874, Thomaston Savings Bank has helped support the goals, dreams, and future of their customers by providing financial services of the highest quality and value. Thomaston has selected Integra to convert their current Fiserv Nautilus imaging system to the iDentifi.net enterprise content management suite.  iDentifi.eSign will be used to electronically sign new accounts and loans creating a paperless process and iDentifi.Trak will be used for e-mail notifications for pending and exception documents for loans, reporting on risk exposure and track recurring documents to ensure compliance.  COCC Insight core reports will be stored into iDentifi.web with access to the reports and documents through the patent pending KWYK® (quick) searching technology.  Using a feature of the highly advance COCC Insight core solution, the iDentifi.web documents will also be viewable from within COCC Insight.  Integra also interfaced to the Thomaston Fiserv Prologue for integration to the iDentifi.web smart folder accounting workflow applications.
