Responsibility and leadership are learned traits. Someone once said, “Genius is only the power of making continuous efforts. The line between success and failure is so fine that we scarcely know when we pass it.” We are reminded of this often.

Integra has been in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) business since 1988. In 2004, we acquired Tampa Bay Systems, LLC as we moved towards web-based ECM. Today we are leading the way. We employ the very latest Web 2.0 and Microsoft .Net 3.0 development tools to build and enhance our web server based product line.

Over the past twenty-four years, we have seen many larger competitors lose their identity, turn their back on their partners and customers, fail or leave the business. Integra is still here, wiser, stronger and better than last week, last month or last year.

We know the only sure thing in the technology business is change. We have seen our customers through many changes in operating systems and database technology; through many data conversions due to technology changes in media. Today we are replacing many of our competitor’s legacy systems with the latest iDentif.net technology.

We are always moving forward with new products and innovations; addressing the growing demands on our customers with regard to regulatory pressures, compliance and security. We are constantly watchful for changes that affect our business, as well as our customers’ and partners’ businesses.

One of our favorite expressions is, “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent; it is the one that is most adaptable to change,” Charles Darwin. It is our goal to constantly reinvent ourselves.
