Bethpage FCU, Bellco and SECU MD use iDentifi.net for mail workflow

The three credit unions formed a separate entity called S3 that will also combine their back office operations for cost reduction and improved member services.  iDentifi.web smart folders workflow has been implemented for mail handling and soon to be extended into collections for all three.  In addition iDentifi.importer was used to capture data from Empower, Encompass, Velocity,and PSCU, while wire transfer reports from Pathfinder, CO-Op Reports, and Abandon notices are stored by iDentifi.report.
